About Qurban
At Qurban, we don't sell sheep. We rehabilitate a neglected sunnah.
Our international team of 11 members is spread across the globe: Medina, Paris, Lyon, Antananarivo, Rabat and Cairo.
With a strong commitment to Islamic sciences, da'wah and tech, with a clear objective: to enable every Western Muslim to fulfill their Eid sacrifice with confidence, in strict observance of the rites.
Leading the project, Fatih and Romain, the founders. One, a strategist and Islamic sciences student, the other, a fullstack engineer who built the technical infrastructure from A to Z.
Around them, Sara ensures coordination, Omar supervises fieldwork with his invaluable experience, Hikma manages operations in Madagascar with rare rigor.
Adam, Amin, Ylias and Zacharie lead our acquisition campaigns.
Imene, content creator with 700k subscribers, heads the partnership and referral division. Myriam, Canadian, assists her with international alliances.
During Eid, the team splits across three regions of Madagascar. Impassable roads, isolated villages, sleepless nights: we go where no one else goes.

Yes, the sheep is sacrificed in the name you choose when placing your order. It is mentioned in the slaughter video.
A personalized video of the sacrifice will be sent to you by email to prove that it took place.
A member of our team is on site and ensures that the sacrifice is compliant with the Sunnah and performed in your name.
All our sheep are raised and slaughtered in Madagascar or Tanzania in various regions. We locally redistribute the meat from your sacrifice to those in need, so everyone can experience the joy of a generous Eid with family.
In accordance with the conditions of validity mentioned by the Prophet ﷺ, all our animals are over 1 year old.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever has the means and does not sacrifice (on the day of Eid), let him not approach our Musalla." Reported by Ibn Majah. In the Hanafi school it is obligatory (wajib) for those who have the means. In the Maliki and Hanbali schools it is obligatory (wajib) for some and strongly recommended for others (sunnah muakkadah). In the Shafi'i school it is considered sunnah muakkadah. Likewise, Allah tells us in Surah al-Kawthar (The Abundance) verse 2 (Pray to your Lord and sacrifice). According to Ibn Taymiyyah, this refers to the Eid sacrifice (al-Udhiyah).
This year Eid al-Adha is expected on May 27, 2026 of the Gregorian calendar. The celebration lasts 4 days including the 3 days of Tashriq on May 28, 29 and 30, 2026.

After nearly 10 years of action in Islamic youth organizations in France, I realized the limitations of certain organizational models.
